Valley Hispanic Bomberos and Chicken N Pickle are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred by participants or spectators at the Picklebrawl pickleball tournament. All participants must be at least 18 years of age, unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

By registering for the Picklebrawl tournament, you agree to the following:

  • You are physically fit and able to participate in a pickleball tournament.
  • You assume all responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur to you or your property while participating in the tournament.
  • If you are a minor, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the tournament.
  • You release Valley Hispanic Bomberos and Chicken N Pickle from any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the tournament.

Minors

Minors under the age of 18 are permitted to participate in the Picklebrawl pickleball tournament, but only if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must be present at the tournament at all times and is responsible for the minor's safety and conduct.

By registering for the Picklebrawl pickleball tournament, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer and agree to its terms.

Valley Hispanic Bomberos and Chicken N Pickle have a strict No Refund policy for the Picklebrawl pickleball tournament.

Once registration fees are paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

-Weather conditions
-Personal reasons
-Injuries or illnesses
-Tournament cancellations

If you are unable to participate in the tournament, you may transfer your registration to another participant, subject to approval.
